Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that will register you into our system which we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payments or cheques & postal orders.

Shipping And Handling - Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website or through a telephone order. To cancel your order you must notify us within seven {7} working days following the day of delivery.

Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe return back to us. We advise you take out appropriate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.

If you are unable to return the product to us within seven {7} you must contact us to arrange collection which will be at your cost.

Delivery Schedule - We aim to deliver your item as quick as possible, please allow 7-14 days for delivery (we aim for 3-5 days depending on stock)

Stock Availability - Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock or sold out due to unprecedented demand. Where possible these items will be removed from the website, where possible we will offer alternative items on customer approval. If this is not possible, we will place out of stock items on back order and it will follow as soon as possible on a separate delivery. If any items have been discontinued we will endeavour to offer an alternative wherever possible or a refund if desired.

Returns Policy - In the unlikely event of requiring to return goods to us please follow these instructions to avoid delay in processing your return. Other than as required by law we have no general policy of accepting returns

a) When returning goods to us you the customer are responsible for the safe carriage of the product back to us.  

b) You should return any product in its original packaging along with all related paperwork via suitably insured means that covers the full value of the goods. If you insure the product, the full value may be recovered. Please retain your receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.

Remittance Terms - We will maintain published prices as long as possible. However, if unavoidable cost increases are incurred, we do reserve the right to alter our prices accordingly. We will inform the customer of any price changes before despatching the goods.
