Hamilton apologises for late miss
Hamilton said: "I waited for the keeper and tried to put the ball down the side but it was not wide enough and Holland spread himself well and got a finger to it.
"I was obviously disappointed, not just for myself and the team but also the supporters because we didn't win and all I can do is to say sorry – I didn't miss the opportunity on purpose.
"It would have been good to have won but one point is better than nothing."
Hamilton, who had earlier netted the equaliser, added: "The goal I got will hopefully be the start of more to come from me."
